Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (NFCL) has announced a change in its Board of Directors. Amlika Mercantile Private Limited (AMPL), formerly a promoter, has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. K Rahul Raju and Mr. Uday Shankar Jha as Directors on the Board of NFCL. This withdrawal is effective from December 26, 2025, the date of AMPL's communication. Consequently, Mr. K Rahul Raju and Mr. Uday Shankar Jha have ceased to be members of the Board of Directors. In line with this, Mr. K Rahul Raju ceases to be the Managing Director and Mr. Uday Shankar Jha ceases to be the Chairman of the Company, effective December 26, 2025. AMPL had previously disclosed its plan to exit its investments in NFCL and has since completed the sale of its entire stake of 29,60,72,140 equity shares, representing 49.51% of the company's shares, during FY 2024-25.
