Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (NFCL) has announced a significant change in its management. Amlika Mercantile Private Limited (AMPL), formerly a promoter holding 49.51% of the company's equity shares (29,60,72,140 shares), has withdrawn the nominations of Mr. K Rahul Raju and Mr. Uday Shankar Jha as Directors on the Board of NFCL. This withdrawal is effective from December 26, 2025, the same date as AMPL's communication. Consequently, Mr. K Rahul Raju and Mr. Uday Shankar Jha have ceased to be members of the Board of Directors. In line with this change, Mr. K Rahul Raju will also cease to be the Managing Director, and Mr. Uday Shankar Jha will cease to be the Chairman of the Company, effective December 26, 2025. AMPL had previously communicated its plan to exit its investments in NFCL and has since completed the exit of its entire shareholding during FY 2024-25 through open market transactions and block deals.
