Muthoot Finance Limited has announced the settlement and allotment of U.S. $ 600 million (approximately ₹5,000 crore) 5.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2030. This issuance is part of the company's U.S. $ 4 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors approved the issuance on February 04, 2026.
