Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 01, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. Consequently, all connected and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives, are advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period. The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about this closure.
