SKF India Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Mukund Vasudevan from his position as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the company. The resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on January 12th, 2026.

Mr. Vasudevan cited his other pre-occupancies and commitments as the reason for his departure. He confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation. He expressed his gratitude to the Board members for their support during his tenure.
