The designated person admitted to the violations, attributing them to inadvertence and a lack of awareness of applicable regulations. In consultation with the Audit Committee, the Board directed Mr. Doggala to disgorge profits of ₹1,252 to the SEBI Investor Protection and Education Fund. This amount was transferred online on February 6, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Doggala received a strict warning, with the company cautioning that future non-compliance will be viewed seriously, including potential penalties. This action was taken after providing the designated person a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
