Mtar Technologies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will commence on Thursday, January 1, 2025. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's adopted Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
