MT Educare Limited has submitted a Compliance Certificate regarding the Disclosure of Structured Digital Database (SDD) for the quarter ended March 31st, 2026, as per Regulation 3(5) and 3(6) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations). The certificate, dated April 8, 2026, confirms that the company has a functional Structured Digital Database (SDD) in place. It details that access controls are established, all Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) disseminated in the previous quarter has been captured with nature, date, and time, and the database is maintained internally with an audit trail. The database is also confirmed to be non-tamperable and capable of retaining records for eight years. The Practising Company Secretary, Shravan Gupta, certified that one required event was captured during the quarter. No non-compliance was observed for the previous quarter, and therefore, no remedial actions were applicable. MT Educare Limited is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since December 16, 2022, following an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
