Signpost India Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Jenny Shah from her positions as Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel, and Compliance Officer. The resignation is effective from the close of business on January 16, 2026.

Ms. Shah has cited a better opportunity as the reason for her departure. She will also cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the company. The company has submitted the necessary intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the resignation letter detailing the reasons for her decision.
