As a consequence of her term expiry, Mrs. Reddy ceases to be a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The company has provided the requisite disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, detailing Mrs. Reddy's cessation on completion of her tenure.
