Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited (MBFSL) has announced the commencement of commercial production at its new bakery production facility located in Hooghly, adjacent to Kolkata. This significant development, referred to as the "Kolkata Project," is effective from January 6, 2026. The new facility boasts an impressive installed capacity, capable of producing 2,25,000 buns per day and 24,000 SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) of bread and other bakery items daily. This expansion is in line with the company's growth strategy and is expected to enhance its production capabilities and market reach in the eastern region.
