* Mr. Shamsher Singh, a Non-executive Nominee Director of SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited, nominated by State Bank of India, has tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Company. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on November 13, 2025. The reason for his resignation is his inability to devote adequate time for Board matters due to his demanding role in the State Bank of India. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company have placed on record their sincere appreciation for his valuable contributions and guidance during his association with the Company.
