The certificate, issued by the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s. KFin Technologies Ltd., confirms compliance with the said regulations.

KFin Technologies Limited has confirmed that during the period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, they processed dematerialization requests within 15 days of receipt. This included confirming and approving demat requests, verifying and cancelling security certificates, and updating the register of members with the new registered owner's name upon approval of demat requests. They have certified these actions to the depositories and stock exchanges as per the regulations.
