Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 10% stake in Motherson Lumen Systems South Africa Pty Ltd. (formerly Lumen South Africa) by its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Motherson Lumen Holding Ltd (formerly Lumen International Holdings Pty Ltd). This acquisition, which was subject to certain conditions precedent, was finalized on December 10, 2025. Following the completion, Motherson Lumen SA has now become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited. The company had previously disclosed its intention to acquire this stake on December 4, 2025. This update is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
