This notice is provided in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR.

Morarjee Textiles Limited is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company's affairs are being managed by Mr. Ravi Sethia, who was initially appointed as the interim resolution professional by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, on February 09, 2024. Subsequently, he was confirmed as the Resolution Professional by the Committee of Creditors on May 22, 2024.
