This closure applies to Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of these financial results in due course. This measure is in compliance with the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
