The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing and other audio-visual means (OAVM). The notice of the EGM has been sent to members via electronic modes and is also available on the company's website. The company is offering members the facility to exercise their vote by electronic means (e-voting) on the businesses outlined in the EGM notice. The cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote is June 19, 2026. The remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Voting will also be available at the EGM for members who have not cast their vote electronically. Members who have already voted remotely cannot vote again at the meeting. Members who acquire shares after the EGM notice dispatch but before the cut-off date can request user IDs and passwords for e-voting.
