Mohit Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The trading window will be shut for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives), and Insiders. The closure will be effective from January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, where the said financial results will be considered, in due course.
