Modison Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window is being closed in anticipation of the preparation and finalization of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company stated that the trading window will be reopened 48 hours after the aforementioned financial results are officially declared to the stock exchanges. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated separately in due course.
