One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Navdeep Singh Suri as the new Chairperson of its Board. Mr. Suri, who has been an Independent Director with the company since 2021, brings extensive experience in public policy, diplomacy, and governance. The separation of the Chairperson role from executive management is intended to ensure independent oversight and effective decision-making, supporting long-term value creation. Mr. Suri, a former senior Indian diplomat, has held significant international assignments and served as India's Ambassador to Egypt and the UAE, and High Commissioner to Australia. He also serves on the boards of other prominent institutions.
