In the Utility Vehicles segment, M&M sold 50,946 vehicles in the domestic market, a growth of 23%, with total overall sales reaching 86,090 vehicles. Domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles were 24,786, a growth of 34%.
Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., highlighted that December 2025 marked the highest-ever volumes in both SUVs and LCVs (<3.5T) segments. SUV sales were 50,946 units (up 23%) and LCV<3.5T sales were 24,786 units (up 34%), with total vehicle sales at 86,090 units (up 25% YoY).
The Farm Equipment Business (FEB) reported strong performance with domestic tractor sales at 30,210 units in December 2025, a 37% year-on-year growth. Total tractor sales (Domestic + Exports) were 31,859 units, with exports growing by 78% to 1,649 units. Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, attributed the growth to improved cash flow, favorable crop yields, conducive weather, and increased Rabi sowing.
Mahindra’s Trucks & Buses business (CV > 3.5T) recorded sales of 2,260 vehicles in December 2025, a year-on-year growth of 43%. Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman – SML, President – Aerospace, Defence, Trucks, Buses & CE, M&M, noted the industry momentum and anticipated further acceleration in Q4.
