The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹391.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and ₹1127.34 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Profit after tax for the standalone entity for the quarter was ₹21.75 crore, and for the nine months, it was ₹121.15 crore. On a consolidated basis, the Group reported revenue from operations of ₹1026.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and ₹3033.90 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Profit after tax for the consolidated entity for the quarter was ₹50.54 crore, and for the nine months, it was ₹213.65 crore. An exceptional item of ₹530 lakh impact due to new Labour Codes was noted in both standalone and consolidated results. The company also disclosed details regarding ESOPs exercised and allotted, the merger of Mindteck Employee Welfare Trust, and financial implications of the new Labour Codes, amounting to ₹530 lakh for the nine months ended December 31, 2025.
