Mindteck (India) Limited announced changes in the composition of its Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The revised composition of these committees is effective from February 05, 2026. In the Audit Committee, Mr. Satish Menon will serve as the Chairperson. The members of the Audit Committee will include Mr. Javed Gaya, Ms. Keyuri Singh, Mr. Guhan Subramaniam, and Mr. Subhash Bhushan Dhar. For the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Guhan Subramaniam has been appointed as the Chairperson. The committee members will comprise Mr. Javed Gaya, Ms. Keyuri Singh, Mr. Satish Menon, and Mr. Subhash Bhushan Dhar.
