Metropolis Healthcare Limited has announced its investor presentation for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26). The company's organic business demonstrated strong momentum, with revenue increasing by 15% year-on-year to ₹371 crore. This growth was primarily driven by higher patient throughput, test volumes, and improved realizations. The EBITDA margin for the organic business expanded by 280 basis points to 25.0%, attributed to operating leverage, productivity gains, and sustained efficiency initiatives. For the consolidated MHL Group, revenue grew by 26% year-on-year to ₹406 crore in Q3FY26. This growth was fueled by sustained momentum in preventive and wellness health check-ups under TruHealth, alongside a strong increase in specialty testing volumes across both B2C and B2B channels. Group EBITDA margins stood at 23.4%, supported by stable performance from acquired entities like Core Diagnostics and above-average margins from other acquisitions. Key performance indicators for the MHL Organic segment in Q3FY26 showed a 15% year-on-year increase in B2C revenue to ₹223 crore and a 15% increase in B2B revenue to ₹148 crore. Patient volumes grew by 9% to 3.3 million, and test volumes increased by 8% to 7.0 million. TruHealth revenue saw a significant jump of 25% year-on-year, contributing 19% to the revenue mix, up from 17% in Q3FY25. Specialty revenue grew by 16% year-on-year. The MHL Group reported a 14% increase in patient volumes to 3.5 million and a 13% increase in test volumes to 7.3 million in Q3FY26. B2C revenue for the group grew by 19% to ₹232 crore, and B2B revenue increased by 35% to ₹174 crore. The company is focused on its 'Metropolis 3.0' strategy, aiming for mid-teen revenue CAGR from FY23 to FY26, achieving pre-Covid margin profiles, and being the fastest-growing diagnostics company in the national chains segment. Digital transformation is a key pillar, with advancements in sales, service, and partner management platforms. The company also highlighted its commitment to ESG goals, including carbon neutrality by 2043 and achieving zero waste and water neutrality by the same year.
