The company's unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently recommended to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors took these results on record at its meeting held on February 4, 2026. The statutory auditors have completed a limited review of these financial results and have issued an unmodified review report. Notably, the company has recognized an exceptional item of ₹25.79 crore in its standalone financial results and ₹26.11 crore in its consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This recognition is due to the incremental impact of the consolidation of 29 labor laws into four unified codes by the Government of India, which became effective from November 21, 2025. The company will continue to evaluate the impact on employee benefits and provide appropriate accounting treatment once the Central/State Rules are notified.
