This closure is for Designated Persons and will be in effect from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window is being closed in connection with the finalization and approval of the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025. The window will reopen 48 hours after the said results are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges. All Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders are advised not to trade in the company's equity shares during this period. The company is currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, with a moratorium in effect since March 28, 2024.
