Menon Bearings Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives". The trading window will be shut for specified persons from Thursday, 1st January, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting where the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2025, are approved and declared. The trading window will reopen after the stipulated 48-hour period following the declaration of the financial results.
