Menon Bearings Limited announced significant leadership changes following a Board meeting held on March 3, 2026. Mr. R. D. Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director, effective close of business hours on March 3, 2026, due to advancing age. Following Mr. Dixit's resignation, the Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, the current Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective March 4, 2026, and is subject to member approval. Upon his appointment as Managing Director, Mr. Aradhye will cease to be the Whole Time Director and CFO. Additionally, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 4, 2026. The company has affirmed that both Mr. Arun Aradhye and Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge are not debarred from holding the office of director by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority.
