Meghmani Organics Limited (MOL) has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate, received from their Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG INTIME INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, pertains to the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
