Megasoft Limited has officially changed its name to Sigma Advanced Systems Limited. This change follows the approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited and Megasoft Limited by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The company received the approval for the name change from the Central Processing Center (CPC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on January 12, 2026, as evidenced by a fresh Certificate of Incorporation.

The Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) of the company have been consequentially amended to reflect this new name. Megasoft Limited will now file the necessary documents with the stock exchanges in accordance with SEBI regulations. The company was originally incorporated under the name Megasoft Limited.
