This change was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, on December 16, 2025, as part of a merger scheme. The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a fresh incorporation certificate on January 12, 2026, to this effect.
