Megasoft Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Cheemarla Damodar Reddy as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) on its Board of Directors. The approval was granted via a Circular Resolution by the Board on December 22, 2025, at 11:08 PM, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Reddy's appointment is effective from December 22, 2025. He will hold the office until the next ensuing General Meeting of the Company or for a period of three months from the date of appointment, whichever is earlier. It is confirmed that Mr. Reddy is not debarred from holding such an office by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority. Mr. Cheemarla Damodar Reddy brings over 37 years of experience in Electronics and Communication, including more than three decades as an entrepreneur and Founder Director of Sigma Advanced Systems. His expertise spans technical project management, strategic business development, and organizational leadership, with a significant contribution to the Indian Defence and Aerospace ecosystem. His prior experience includes roles in the United States and Canada, focusing on advanced technology transfer in embedded systems and data acquisition systems. Mr. Reddy is not related to any of the existing Directors of Megasoft Limited.
