The suspension pertains to a store situated at Mahal Road, Bhandara, Maharashtra, and is for a period of five days. The order was issued by the Asst. Commissioner & Licensing authority, Food & Drug Administrations, MH, Bhandara, Maharashtra.

This action was taken pursuant to Rule 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. The company has estimated a potential revenue loss of approximately ₹2.06 lakh due to this suspension.
