Provigil Surveillance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Western Railway, Jaipur Division. The contract, valued at ₹3.74 crore, involves the provision of a CCTV surveillance system with Face Recognition System (FRS) and Video Analytics at various sites across the Division. This new order adds to the company's existing surveillance-related contracts, which aggregate approximately ₹165 crores, including around ₹133 crores from Indian Railways and ₹32 crores from NHAI. These projects leverage AI-based video surveillance systems for enhanced security and operational oversight.

Mr. Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, Global CEO & Managing Director, stated that this selection highlights the company's capability to deliver complex, large-scale surveillance networks that meet rigorous safety standards. The project is expected to be executed within 12 months. None of the promoter or promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
