M&B Engineering Limited (MBEL) has announced the successful acquisition of a significant domestic order for the design, manufacturing, and supply of Pre-Engineered Buildings and Structural Steel. The total value of this order is ₹47.66 Crores plus GST. This order includes an erection component amounting to ₹7.09 Crores plus GST, which will be executed by MBEL's wholly-owned subsidiary, Phenix Building Solutions Private Limited. The company expects to complete the execution of these orders within approximately 5 months from the award date. The customer's name cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality agreements. M&B Engineering Limited confirmed that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded this order, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
