This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed effective January 01, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. During this period, the specified individuals are advised not to trade in the company's shares. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated in due course.
