Mrs. Puja Poddar, who is a promoter of the company and daughter-in-law of Chairman and Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Suresh Kumar Poddar, brings around five years of experience within Mayur Uniquoters Limited. Her expertise lies in colour technology, development, and material innovation for artificial leather and coated fabrics. She has a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and has represented the company in international engagements, including with global companies like Mercedes Benz. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York, USA. She will oversee the overall HR and administration functions of the company in her new full-time role.
