Max Estates Limited (MEL) has announced further investment in its subsidiary, Max Estates Noida Private Limited (MENPL). New York Life Insurance Company (NYL) has subscribed to an additional 6,60,00,000 (Six Crore Sixty Lakhs) Series I 10% coupon unsecured compulsory convertible debentures of MENPL, for an aggregate consideration of ₹66,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Sixty Six Crores only).

Concurrently, MEL itself has subscribed to 6,81,00,000 (Six Crores Eighty One Lakhs) Series I 10% coupon unsecured compulsory convertible debentures of MENPL, amounting to an aggregate consideration of ₹68,10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Sixty Eight Crores Ten Lakhs Only). This follows previous intimations regarding a binding Memorandum of Understanding with NYL and an earlier subscription of 45,03,00,000 debentures for ₹450,30,00,000 by both MEL and NYL.
