Mawana Sugars Limited has announced that a meeting of its Equity Shareholders will be convened on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 02:30 PM IST. This meeting, conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), is being held as per the directions of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (NCLT). The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve, with or without modifications, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Mawana Foods Private Limited with and into Mawana Sugars Limited.

The equity shareholders can cast their votes electronically through remote e-voting, which will commence on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 09:00 AM IST and end on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 05:00 PM IST. Alternatively, voting will also be available during the meeting. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or Beneficial Owners as of Saturday, February 14, 2026 (Cut-off Date), will be eligible to vote. The NCLT has appointed Adv. Aditya Dewan as the Chairperson and Adv. Sameer Ali as the Scrutinizer for the meeting. The results of the meeting will be declared on the company's website within two working days of receiving the scrutinizer's report.
