Mawana Sugars Limited has issued a notice to its equity shareholders and unsecured creditors regarding meetings convened as per the order of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench. These meetings are in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Mawana Foods Private Limited with and into Mawana Sugars Limited.

The meetings will be held through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The notice, detailing the scheme and the convened meetings, has been published on January 17, 2026, in the Business Standard newspaper (English and Hindi editions) for the information of all concerned stakeholders.
