Marsons Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at ₹31,26,70,500 (including GST) from Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL). The contract pertains to the supply of 132/33kV, 50MVA Power Transformers and related services for the Durlavcherra, Karimganj, and Srikona Substations of AEGCL, under Package -T-3. The execution period for this order is specified as 12 months. Marsons Limited has confirmed that its promoters, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
