This strategic acquisition aims to expand Marksans' presence in regulated European markets by establishing direct, owned market-access capabilities within the European Union. ABCnow GmbH, headquartered in Flensburg, Germany, is primarily engaged in the marketing and distribution of Over-The-Counter (OTC) products in the German market. The company reported a turnover of €227,233.69 as of December 31, 2025. For the year 2024, its revenue was €510,215.60, and in 2025, it was €227,233.69. The acquisition is expected to be completed by July 31, 2026. The total consideration for the acquisition is €892,384 (approximately ₹8.92 crore), payable in cash. This move will enable Marksans Pharma to leverage ABCnow GmbH's sales, marketing, and distribution infrastructure for its products manufactured in India, the UK, and the USA, thereby strengthening its foothold in the European pharmaceutical market.
