Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
