Following a verification of documents, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), has issued these letters. The duplicate certificates are in place of those reported lost or misplaced. Specifically, two shareholders, Manju Rani (Folio No. 25738) and Indiraben Desai (Folio No. 7754), have had their duplicate share certificates issued. Manju Rani's duplicate certificate covers 100 shares with distinctive numbers ranging from 2573071 to 2573170, and Indiraben Desai's covers 100 shares with distinctive numbers from 774671 to 774770. Each share has a face value of ₹10.
