Iwayplus was incorporated on December 26, 2022, and its turnover for FY2023 was Nil, FY2024 was ₹0.19 Lakhs, and FY2025 was ₹0.76 Lakhs.

This strategic investment is part of MAPMYINDIA's initiatives to support innovative technologies and enhance its business portfolio. The acquisition is expected to be completed within three months and does not require government approvals.
