Mangalam Worldwide Limited announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on January 17, 2026. The meeting, which commenced at 3:00 P.M. at the company's registered office in Ahmedabad, concluded at 3:35 P.M.

The Board considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors. A clarification was issued regarding a typographical error in the previous mention of the period.

Furthermore, the Board decided to proceed with the installation of a 10.4 MW DC Ground Mounted Solar Power Plant for the company's Halol Unit. This plant will be used for captive consumption and is intended to boost renewable energy production and contribute to sustainability goals. The solar power plant will be installed at Village Handod, Ta. Karjan, in the Vadodara district of Gujarat, with the land acquired on a 25-year lease.
