Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹62,004.80 Lakhs (₹620.05 Crore) on a standalone basis and ₹75,615.96 Lakhs (₹756.16 Crore) on a consolidated basis.

The standalone net profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹660.57 Lakhs (₹6.61 Crore), while the consolidated net profit after tax was ₹851.12 Lakhs (₹8.51 Crore). For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue from operations was ₹2,03,008.70 Lakhs (₹2030.09 Crore) and consolidated revenue from operations was ₹2,32,049.88 Lakhs (₹2320.50 Crore).

Standalone net profit for the nine-month period was ₹30,21.13 Lakhs (₹302.11 Crore), and consolidated net profit was ₹32,73.91 Lakhs (₹327.39 Crore). The Board also approved the Employee Stock Option Plan - 2026 (ESOP- 2026), subject to shareholder approval, and a Postal Ballot Notice. Additionally, the reclassification of Radhika Bansal from ‘Promoter Group’ to ‘Public’ category was considered and approved, subject to stock exchange approval.
