Mangalam Drugs and Organics Limited has announced the resignation of Shri Rukmesh P. Dhandhania as an Independent Director, effective from the close of business hours on January 16, 2026. Shri Dhandhania cited pre-occupation and other personal commitments as the reasons for his resignation.

Consequently, he will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. The resignation letter from Shri Dhandhania has been enclosed with the announcement, confirming no other material reasons beyond those stated.

The company has formally informed the stock exchanges, BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, about this change in the composition of its Board of Directors in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
