* Mr. Ashish N Chandak has been appointed as the Group Chief Compliance Officer and a Senior Management Personnel of Manappuram Finance Limited, effective December 3, 2025. * Mr. Chandak has nearly three decades of experience across the BFSI sector, including roles at YES Bank. * He has experience in Business Development, Credit Risk Management, Advisory, Governance, Compliance, AML, and Fraud Risk Management. * Previously, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer at YES Bank during its post-reconstruction phase. * He has evaluated and structured over 200 transactions across Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Manufacturing sectors, facilitating financing exceeding ₹10,000 crore.
