Mr. Manoj Kumar V R has resigned from his position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to pursue an independent career. His resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors and he will be relieved from his duties at the close of business hours on March 31, 2026. Mr. Manoj Kumar VR submitted his resignation letter on January 28, 2026. Following the recommendation of the Nomination, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Aparna Menon as Company Secretary Designate, effective March 1, 2026. She will officially take over as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from April 1, 2026. Ms. Aparna Menon, a qualified Company Secretary with a Master's Degree in Business Law and approximately 11 years of experience, previously served as Company Secretary at Prestige Mysore Retail & Ventures Private Limited and is currently the Company Secretary at Asirvad Micro Finance Limited.
